Are your products organic and natural? 

Yes, all our products are made with certified organic, pure, and natural ingredients. You will never find parabens, SLSs, mineral oil, sulfates, artificial colours, or synthetic fragrances in our products. 

How do I use the roll-on essential oils? 

Apply to your pulse points; wrists, temples, or neck and gently massage in. Inhale the aroma deeply through your nose. Use as needed during the day or as part of your evening wind-down. 

Can I use your products during pregnancy or while nursing? 

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend speaking to a healthcare provider before using essential oils, as some may not be suitable during this time. 

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan? 

Yes. All our products are cruelty-free and vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing at any stage. 

How do aromatherapy and essential oils work? 

Aromatherapy uses natural plant extracts - essential oils - to support wellbeing. Inhalation and topical use are commonly used to influence mood and provide sensory benefits as part of holistic self-care. 

Can I combine your products with other wellness routines? 

Absolutely. Our blends pair well with practices like yoga, meditation, journaling, or bedtime routines. Use them anytime you want to support balance and calm. 

How should I store my products? 

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep caps tightly closed to maintain freshness and potency.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost? 

We currently ship within the UK. Shipping fees vary based on location and are calculated at checkout. 

How long will my order take? 

Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 business days. 

Can I track my order? 

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched. 

What’s your return policy? 

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened and unused products in original packaging. See our return policy for details.
